About Aqua Aqua Drilling specialises in environmental drilling, geotechnical drilling, mineral exploration, water bores, methane drilling and borehole grouting. A variety of drilling methods are undertaken including drilling large diameters, up to 300mm, down the hole hammer or rotary mud, RC or RAB. Aqua Drilling has been established for over twenty-four years and currently has four, Class1 licensed drillers with several years experience each and two class 2 licensed drillers. The company has its own offsiders on staff and employs three mechanics to take care of equipment upgrades, regular servicing and maintenance matters as well as break downs when necessary. Aqua Drilling installs approximately 250 environmental ground water monitoring wells each year totalling 3000 metres. We have unionised staff that meet all requirements to work safely and efficiently on union sites. Aqua Drilling has implemented both internal quality assurance and formal Health and Safety programs. Copies of these programs are available for you to peruse. The company has continued to grow over the recent years with the purchase of new drilling rigs, support vehicles and ancillary equipment. Staff numbers have grown as the business has grown and this is planned to continue. The
company has its own purpose built premises in Thomastown complete with
service and maintenance facilities for all rigs and auxiliary equipment.
